I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate the extraordinary service I receive from your service representative, Michael Baglieri, for my 2002 VW Passat. Michael is always cheeful, courteous and explains what needs to be done, why it needs to be done and gives me a close estimate of the cost. In short, he does whatever it takes to be sure, I am satisfied with the service and am happy when I leave the service area. Michael is an outstanding employee at Drew Auto Center and deserves not only a medal but a raise for keeping this old gal happy.

S.L. - San DiegoThis is a letter in recognition of the excellent customer service provided to me by Karen of Drew Collision Center. Two weeks after I bought my 2008 VW Beetle, someone scraped and scratched the side. After a few months, both of our insurance companies were able to resolve the issue. I decided to drop off my car to the Drew Collision Center on November 7, the night before I left the country on vacation. I thought everything had been handled between the insurance companies. Unfortunately, there was still an isssue regarding the supplemental cost. Since Karen was unable to reach me by phone she took the matter into her own hands. She called the gentlemans insurance company and after many phone calls, she was able to receive confirmation of a supplemental payment to allow her to begin to work on the car. One week later, I returned from my vacation and while my car was still not ready (only due to issues with the insurance company) I was thrilled to hear that Karen had worked so hard on my behalf. Quite honestly, I have never experienced such excellent customer service. Most people are happy to do what their job requires them to do and very rarely go above and beyond to get the task completed. People like Karen will definitely continue to bring me back to Drew Ford/VW.
